Return Policy

You have 30 days to request a return from the date you received your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Note: Returns must be approved before sending anything back.

If your return is accepted:

  • We will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

  • You must send the item to the address we provide in the return instructions.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.
Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions – Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need to exchange an item?

  1. Start a return using the process above.

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.

This is the fastest way to get what you need.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If your goods are delivered within the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal regardless of the reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return:

  • We’ll notify you whether the refund was approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
